100% Online & Asynchronous: This program is designed to fit into your life, not your calendar. We communicate via email/messaging so you can read and respond whenever you have the focus and energy (no “masking” for a camera required).
If the week falls apart, we adjust the plan—not judge you.
What’s included
- Intake form (to understand your routines, sensory needs, and real-life constraints)
- One small habit at a time (no overwhelm)
- Weekly check-in email every Friday – reply whenever you have the energy over the weekend. I’ll have your adjustments ready for your Monday morning (progress + adjustments)
- Simple action steps for the next week
- Support between check-ins (quick questions welcome)
- Exclusive Resource Access: You’ll receive curated PDF recipe cards and guides from my growing library of 70+ sensory-friendly resources
- High-support coaching with a Certified Precision Nutrition Coach (PN1) that happens entirely via email. No scheduled video calls or phone appointments required—ever.
Everything is designed to be simple, realistic, and supportive of real family life — not strict rules, tracking apps, or perfect meal plans.
This is not a strict meal plan or a high-pressure program.
We start with your real life — your routines, your stress levels, your sensory needs, your schedule, and your energy. From there, we choose one small habit to focus on at a time.
Each week, you’ll get a simple check-in email where we review what worked, what didn’t, and what to adjust. There’s no calorie counting, no food shaming, and no expectation to be perfect.
Some weeks the habit might stay the same.
Some weeks we’ll make a small adjustment.
Progress is built slowly and steadily.
This program is designed for busy, overwhelmed, or neurodivergent families who need nutrition to feel:
- realistic
- flexible
- sensory-aware
- and actually doable day to day
You don’t need to be “ready.”
You just need to be willing to start small.
What we’ll focus on together
Every family is different, but most of the work we do together centers around a few key areas:
- Eating earlier in the day for steadier energy
- Building simple, repeatable meal routines
- Finding sensory-safe foods that still support nutrition
- Reducing food stress and decision fatigue
- Creating realistic family meals without pressure
- Supporting focus, mood, and daily energy
We don’t try to fix everything at once.
We choose the area that will make the biggest difference in your real life, and start there.
Most families begin noticing small changes in energy, appetite, or routines within the first few weeks.
The goal isn’t perfection — it’s steadier days and less food-related stress.
This is for you if…
- Meals feel stressful, repetitive, or chaotic
- You’re juggling sensory needs, picky eating, or safe foods
- You skip meals, forget to eat, or crash later in the day
- Nutrition advice feels overwhelming or unrealistic
- You want support that’s practical, kind, and actually doable
We start small and build routines that your brain and body can repeat.

Start small. Build steady routines. Feel better day by day.
If you’ve been wanting nutrition support that feels realistic and judgment-free, this is a good place to start.
The March Beta program is a simple, low-pressure way to begin.
Only 5 founding client spots are available.
